Days of Our Lives explores a potential reconciliation for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). Xander is currently undergoing anger management therapy, and Sarah is considering couples therapy as a possible solution to mend their fractured relationship. However, Xander's unresolved anger might hinder this process. This couple, despite their separation, seem to be making strides towards reconciliation.

DOOL gave Xander and Sarah's journey many challenges, from Sarah's accusations towards Xander about Phillip's (John-Paul Lavoisier) assault - a claim both he and Phillip vehemently deny - to the lingering resentment over Sarah's deception regarding Phillip's false inheritance claim. Notably, Sarah has recently apologized for her wrongful accusations, marking a significant step towards their reconciliation. But Xander's continued lie about his involvement in Phillip's assault could prove detrimental if revealed during couples therapy with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Xander's anger management progress, which has impressed Sarah, could be jeopardized by the stress of the ongoing lawsuit with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis).

Days of Our Lives has Sarah supportive of the idea of couples therapy, but the decision ultimately rests with Xander. The question remains: Will Xander agree to therapy knowing it could potentially expose his lies? Or will his desire for a fresh start with Sarah prompt him to come clean?
